Girls

Multilevel recreational classes ranging from beginner to advanced. Classes include the fundamentals of gymnastics, stretching, safety, and skill building. Our recreational girls' classes are great for having fun and learning the basics and/or as a stepping stone towards competition levels. We also offer tumbling classes!

 

Introductory Class (5 yrs - 7.9 yrs)

***Students must master skills & build strength in order to move through our recreational levels before they can make it to team. Due to this, Our Team Members are selected by our coaches and are invite only. If you child strives to be on team, please let us know you are interested. ***

Interactive fun for ages as young as 16 months- 5 years old.  Obstacle courses, basic gymnastics skill building, and age appropriate motor development activities.

Tots (3 yrs – 3.9 yrs)
 

Kinder Gym (4 yrs – 4.9 yrs)

 

All of our younger gym classes are co-ed.

Boys

We incorporate gymnastics fundamentals and skill building for our boys to gain flexibility, strength, and to have fun! They will be taught the basics of all 6 events for mens gymnastics.Our recreational boys' classes are great for having fun and learning the basics and/or as a stepping stone towards competition levels.

Co-ed Classes

Homeschool Classes (5 yrs – 17.9 yrs)

Physical education meets gymnastics for our home schooled students. Basic fundamentals of gymnastics with conditioning and flexibility. 

Tumble (7 yrs – 12.9 yrs)
Learning tumbling skills from beginner to advanced. Basic conditioning and flexibility.

Teen / Adult (13 yrs – 18 yrs)
Basic conditioning and flexibility. Tumbling basics up to a back hand spring and round off/back hand spring.

Adult Fitness Classes (18 yrs +)

Gymnastics influenced strength, conditioning and flexibility training.

Yoga Classes (12 yrs+)

Vinyasa based 60 minute classes. Work on flexibility, strength and focus!
